4.9% ABV - Czech style Pilsner brewed with Czech Saaz hops. Dense, white top with a golden yellow body. Earthy yet floral hop nose, light body and medium carbonation. Soft malty flavour balanced with a distinct but mild bitterness on the front end followed by a slight hop middle and a clean, refreshing finish. Great with lighter foods and mid-European fair including chicken, salads, salmon, bratwurst, schnitzel and spaetzle.
